This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders will be delivered. Our operations are based in London, United Kingdom, and we offer worldwide shipping.

Order processing

  • All orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

  • When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect the package.

Shipping Within the United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Standard International Delivery: typically 5–14 business days

  • Express International Delivery: typically 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination’s customs process and local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Customers are fully responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and any additional charges that may be imposed by destination countries.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

  • We cannot predict or control these charges, as they vary by country.

  • If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, we are unable to issue a refund for returned items that arrive damaged or are not returned at all.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Pre-Orders & Special Releases

Pre-order/Made to order items ship on the estimated dates listed in the product description. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. We try to ship your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or poor weather conditions. Please allow for delays during busy periods and holidays.
